Who We Are
At Inner Compass Counseling, we believe that meaningful change begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. Our practice is grounded in providing compassionate, client-centered therapy for adults navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and challenges with identity and relationships. We are committed to creating a supportive space where individuals can explore their experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves at their own pace. As we grow, our mission remains the same: to offer thoughtful, personalized mental health care that meets people where they are and helps guide them toward where they want to be.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve been holding it all together on the outside while struggling on the inside. You may feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or unsure of who you are beneath the roles, expectations, or identities you carry. If you’re here, something in you is ready for change—even if you’re not sure where to begin. You are not alone.
I work with adults who want to better understand themselves, heal at their own pace, and improve their emotional well-being. Many of my clients feel stuck in repeating patterns, experience anxiety that shows up in the body, struggle with sleep or self-criticism, or feel unseen and misunderstood in their relationships. I also support individuals navigating life transitions, cultural identity, code-switching, and the complexity of holding multiple identities.
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, collaborative, and rooted in meeting you exactly where you are. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we work together to explore what matters to you, understand your experiences with curiosity rather than judgment, and build tools that truly fit your life and values.
Therapy takes courage. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and respected as you reconnect with who you are and who you want to become. And if I’m not the right fit, I’m committed to helping you find the support that is. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.
